“I clean so you don’t have to.”
I, Gretchen Batka, will clean the rooms as specified by the customer on the attached page. If for any reason I am unable to keep an appointment I will have a replacement or give an advance notice of 24 hrs. Therefore I require 24 hrs. Notice of a cancellation or there will be a fee of $25.00. I require payment in advance of $25.00 for homes I do not have a key to; in the case that I am the door is locked. I will use my own cleaning supplies. If you need special chemicals used, due to chemical reactions, please specify. The day and time I am needed will be specified on the bottom of contract. After two weeks time, I will re-evaluate my charge. Depending if I need to change it, your rate may go down or up. I will tell you at the end of the 2 cleanings if the rate will fall or rise. For daily cleanings, bill’s will be delivered on the last day of cleaning and paid by the following Tuesday. All others will be paid at time of completion and a bill will be left behind. There will be a fee of $20.00 for any bounced checks. I have current and up to date Insurance that is available upon request. All accidents that result in an item(s) broken will be reported at time of occurrence. All item(s) found broken or missing, must be reported within 48 hrs. , or I am not responsible. If there are any problems with anything at all, they are to be reported as soon as possible. Please remember that if I am not told about any problems or concerns, I assume that you are happy with the cleaning, so please let me know if you have any problems.
*NOTE: I CHARGE A MINIMUM OF $50.00 FOR THE FIRST 2 HOURS*

$15.00 One time fee (This fee will be added if less than once a month cleanings.)
$25.00 Per Hour (less than every other week)
$20.00 Per Hour (every other week and weekly)
$17.00 Per Hour (daily)
$25.00 Per Hour for deep cleaning
* Per hour prices are added after the minimum of $50.00 is met.*excludes daily cleanings
Laundry: Wash, fold, put in laundry basket, and iron (I do not put laundry away)
$5.00 additional for time spent on laundry.
My standard cleaning is as follows:
I mop in one of two ways:
______With a mop. (Please remember corners are difficult to get with this method.)
______On hands and knees. *Note: It will take longer to wash floors this way but looks better.
Bathroom
Mirror, toilet, sink and counter, tub and shower, trash, floor-sweep\mop\vacuum.
Kitchen
Trash-if needed, sweep\mop\vacuum floor, and wipe down the following: cabinet handles, fridge, stove\oven, table, and microwave.
Living\Family Rooms and Hallways
Dust, sweep\mop\vacuum, pick-up floor.
Bedroom
Make bed, put clothes on floor into the laundry, dust, mirror, trash, sweep\mop\vacuum, floor.
Deep Cleaning includes but not limited to: (any or all of the following)
Wash walls and ceiling, clean in and out of cabinets, windows inside and\or outside, moving small furniture (unless given 2 weeks notice and requested) and vacuuming under vacuuming under seat cushions.
